This would not fit in the back seat of a small car. I would guess the box is about 4.5-5' long. It was very heavy.

No the box is pretty big. I put it in the back of my husband's truck. I have a Honda Civic and there was no way it would fit in my car. Hope that helps.

The multi-function attachment for the 1900 is used for leg pull-ups.

On my old total gym I had a wing attchment, this is not included so if I buy one can I use it on this unit or can I do leg pull ups on this without it

Does this have 1 ankle cuff or 2 / does it have the leg rope extension to attach both cuffs to the pulley to work both legs at the same time?

I lost my Total Gym 1700 in a flood and replaced with the TG 1900. I find this to be of better quality than the TG 1700. Very study. My issue is with Fitness Quest as noted in another comment. I did not receive the package with nuts/bolts/washers for the ab crunch boards. I have been attempting to contact Fitness Quest for months by phone and email with no response. If you receive all the parts with your Total Gym, this is a nice piece of exercise equipment.

Very pleased with Total Gym 1900

My wife and I previously bought a cheaper model of the Toatal Gym from a local Walmart and were highly dissatisfied with the product. She ran across this Total Gym 1900 on the net through Walmart and after looking at the product picture, info, and reading the first review we decided to order the Total Gymm 1900. We are VERY pleased with the sturdiness of this product and being able to incorporate many different excercises to work the different muscle groups. This is an awesome piece of excercise equipment and we totally recommend it. It will give you a good workout. The only drawback to this product was that in the shipping of the equipment they forgot to put in the small hitch pins which attach the attachments. My only complaint is against Fitness Quest. When we tried to contact them by phone, we consistently got a recording (24 hours a day) that they were experiencing high call volumes, to leave a phone number, and a brief message, and they would get back with us as soon as possible. We left several messages and got no call back. Their message also stated they could be contacted through their website, but when we tried, we got a message that the site we were trying to view does not currently have a default page and it may be in the process of being upgraded and configured (or under construction). How in the world can you even register the equipment for warranty purposes if you can't reach them? The missing Hitch pins are 5/16 and it's not easy to find this size. We had to buy some temporary 5/16 bolts and taps until we find the hitch pins or Fitness Quest acts professional and replies to our numerous requests for the pins left out. Our complaint is against Fitness Quest and their ability to serve the consumer in a professional and courteous manner. (Note: Walmart did offer to send out a replacement unit, but we declined because it was too much of a hassle to take it apart and return it).

i searched and searched, compared all kinds of websites and places to buy the total gym, and i compared all of the different models; this model at this price is unbeatable. it has all kinds of attachments, switching them out is quick and easy, and the machine itself is just awesome. i have been using it 4 times a week for 4 weeks and see definite improvements and results. highly recommend this to motivated individuals!

best value for a total gym

I am very pleased with this Total Gym. There is no need to spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars on the more expensive Total Gyms. You can do just about every exercise on this one that you can on the others. I was torn between getting this and the Jillian Michaels Total Body Shop. I am glad I got this one since it had a lot more attachments. The product is very sturdy and I was able to put it together very easily. It does fold down pretty small but unfortunately not as small as I need to be able to store it under the bed so I now keep it out in my garage.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase! Would recommend to friends!

This is my first time leaving a product review. I felt a need to leave a review because I am highly impressed. I am 48, 6' approx 245lbs. I just want everyone to know that when I placed my order for the Total Gym (TG), it arrived at the store within a week with no problem. I picked it up from the store and it weighted approx. 100 lbs. I placed it inside a 2011 Jeep SUV. Set up was easy and it took approx. 15 min. It is well built and sturdy. The product page does not give you details on the attachments but you get everything, that's why I bought this model. This model includes dip bars, press up bars, ab crunch boards, wing attachment, leg attachments and pilates bar. (which is great with squats). I used it everyday for the first three days. Be aware because I felt muscles I did not know I had nor had worked in a long time! I have been working with weights for years. I thought this would not give me the workout I needed. I thought I was strong until I started using the TG. My muscles are toning and getting more defined. My girlfriend started using it and enjoy the TG as well. You get body toning results in just a couple of weeks. When you see the changes in your physique you will want to keep working out on the TG. I am glad I made this investment. If you are thinking about ordering this one, go for it. I almost bought the TG 1800 and this one came out prior to me placing the order. U can do everything on this one for a lot less then the 1000.00 model XLS on TV. I did all the research and this one is the best for your money. Thanks Wal-Mart and Total Gym... Enjoy.

Highly Impressed with the Total Gym!

26 yrs old. Lost 70 pounds using the total gym. Was just running and doing light weight before and did not see any results until i started using my total gym. Had my baby a year ago and it did not TAKE ME A YEAR TO LOSE all my baby fat it took my like 5-6months...I have the total gym supra..had it for 5 years and i have not replace any parts yet...but if mine falls apart for any reason (GOD forbid) I will buy this one...TOTAL GYM is awesome...just have to eat healthy, doing a little jogging on the side and you WILL lose weight and tone...now i weigh 122 use to weigh 190 after i had my son...!!! I purchased this thru Walmart.com, it came to the store exactly when they said it would. My hubby
picked it up for me hassle free....I had a Total Gym Platinum several years ago, but there is no
comparison to the quality and sturdiness of this model, not to mention the jazzy red trim on it!
The glide board is wider, and smooth as you can ever imagine when you use the pulleys. It comes
with every attachment you can ever want, 2 dvd's, a workout booklet as well as a guide chart to
be attached to the gym. Mine was not missing any parts, was packed well, and took no time to set
up. Just READ THE DIRECTIONS! This model has dip bars, crunch attachments, multi purpose
attachments for dips, squats, crunches, etc., Pilates bar, pull up attachments, and leg pulley. I
really can't say enough about the quality of this Total Gym model, for this price it's a steal. This
gym is 94 inches in length when open, folds easily enough but again, read the directions or you can pinch your fingers! This is perfect if you don't want to join a gym or don't have the time to
travel back and forth...I bought this to tone up and gain strength and flexibility before gravity gets the best of me.
